JIM HENSON’S LABYRINTH #1 is officially OUT NOW in comic stores!
Did you know that this series is the FIRST EVER graphic adaptation of A.C.H. Smith’s fan-favorite novelization?
We’ve previously released other incredible LABYRINTH tales such as the prequel series JIM HENSON'S LABYRINTH: CORONATION, the JIM HENSON'S LABYRINTH: SHORTCUTS graphic novel, and most recently, the JIM HENSON’S LABYRINTH ARCHIVE EDITION series BUT writer Kyla Vanderklugt and artist Giorgio Spalletta's faithful adaptation of the esteemed novel in comic book form is the first of its kind and we’re so excited for you to get your hands on it!
And for you collectors out there, don’t take for granted the highly collectible cover art coming out with this brand-new release. Issue #1 features main cover art by industry titan Miguel Mercado (Go Go Power Rangers) as well as variant artwork by an incredible pool of talent such as Elizabeth Torque (The Mighty Captain Marvel), Veronica Fish (Blackwood),and David Mack (American Gods)!

We have some thrilling updates regarding the LABYRINTH Adaptation. Thanks to your incredible support, we've expanded the scope of the adaptation significantly. Originally planned for 160 pages across 6 chapters, we're excited to announce that the LABYRINTH Adaptation will now span 224 pages across 8 chapters!
What does this mean for you? If you ordered the LABYRINTH Adaptation Hardcover (or Slipcased edition), you will receive more content than we initially promised. We've been hard at work crafting additional chapters and enhancing the story to provide you with a richer and more immersive read.
However, with this expansion comes a necessary adjustment to our timeline. We anticipate that the fulfillment date will be pushed out slightly to ensure that we can deliver the highest quality product possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to create something truly special. As we have additional information on the timeline, we will share in a future update with you all.

News from the deep, dark dwelling that is BOOM! Studios headquarters is that our Pre-Order store on BackerKit will be closing next week on Friday, June 14th.
Ahead of Surveys heading to your inboxes soon, this is the final call for you and any friends that may have missed the campaign to snag these incredible books and other limited edition collectibles before fulfillment.
The Survey period will be the time to check everything you’ve ordered, as well as the unlocked Stretch Goal items you qualified for during the initial campaign. You’ll be able to add-on any last items, as well as determine your final shipping costs and sales tax, if applicable, and confirm your mailing address to ensure smooth fulfillment.
A reminder if you’ve already reserved an order through the initial campaign, do NOT use the Pre-Order Store to add-on items as it will create a separate order for you in BackerKit. Please wait until you’ve received your survey to add-on any additional items.
